Lauren Luke 8 Brush Set...

In order from Left to Right...

Large Powder Brush, Foundation Brush, Flat Contour Brush, Blending Eyeshadow Brush, Tapered Blending Brush, Pencil Brush, Flat Eyeshadow Brush. Angled Eyeliner Brush.

My three favourites out of the bunch! The reasons why I love these are because... The Large Powder Brush is so big you could bronze all over you face with it, and it also has a slight flat edge to it, which is perfect for contouring the cheeks. The next favourite is the Tapered Blending Brush as it blends the eyeshadow into the crease so well and the bristles are so soft to the touch! Lastly, is the Pencil Brush, as again, it works the product so well into the crease and the outer corner to give some FABULOUS definition!

I received my Lauren Luke Brushes this morning in the post. I was so excited to open them when they arrived, as I had been waiting over a week to receive them, which was explained when I placed my order, due to the busy christmas period.

Firstly, I think the quality of the brushes where amazing, the handle feels sturdy and strong. I love the rose gold connector of the brush, its good quality and so pretty too! The bristles of the brushes are synthetic, and they feel so soft on the skin and make application GREAT! 

I am overall very happy with my new brushes and the value for money is awsome. I can't wait to do some looks with them all!

I recently purchased the new 'GOSH' glitter for your nails. I got it in Gold, because i think this colour suits the season very well!

All your going to need to create this look, is some tip templates, which have a sticker-like adhesive so they are easy to put on and take off if you make a mistake on where you want your tip to start. You will also need a good top coat to seal in all the glitter and to keep it in place! I also filed my nails before I added any glitter just to make my nails smooth and round. I used a small brush to dab on the glitter while the clear nail vanish dried tacky.

Lush Haul!

It took a while to rummage through all of these foam sausage shape thingys, haha!

Here is everything, along with the 'LUSH TIMES' newspaper underneath, which came in the box too!

The LUSH Magic Wands, they are re-usable and each wand can last upto 4 baths! I love the little wooden lollipop sticks they come on which makes them easier to dip in your bath and swish them back and forth to make PINK BUBBLES!!! Also, the cute little bell gives a cute christmas touch! The smell reminds me of bubblegum and candyfloss!

My favourite bath bomb of all time! CINDERS :) I love the little bits of popping candy in the middle of the bath bomb, and the smell.... Cinnamon, Orange and Almond, yum!! Plus they make your bath yellow, it doesn't look that great, but they make you feel silky smooth when you come out of the bath, and smelling good!

The Cupcake Face Mask is made with Rhassoul Mud, Cocoa Powder,, Cocoa Butter, Mint, Vanilla and Peppermint, and it smells georgous!! I have never tried this before and i'm looking forward to it, It says it is especially designed for younger skin, to illiminate grease and help tone and cleanse the skin! 

The Snow Fairy Shower Gel smells again like bubblegum and candy floss as it is the shower version of the Magic Wands. I am yet to try this but it feels silky smooth when you rub in on your hands, so i can't wait to try it in the shower, and you can wash your hair aswell as you body with it! Also, if you look real close the light on my camera picks up the amazing BLUE GLITTER in it, who doesn't love glitter and bubblegum in the shower?!

Next is the Tea Tree Water, this is a toner which detoxifys oily skin and takes control of oily, clogged pores, I thought i would give this a try as i do suffer from slighty oily skin and the pigmentation pf my skin isn't great, so i need some help with toning my skin also. Smells lovely and gives a very clean, fresh, feel to your face. You can apply it by evenly spraying it onto your skin from the bottle or adding some to a cotton pad and applying it to your face.

The Angels On Bare Skin Cleanser, this is LUSH's most popular cleanser. It doesnt smell great but it sure does do the job! It's for all skin types, and all you got to do is get a small amount of it in your hand, mix with water, massage into your face, rinse off and pat dry!

And last but not least... Rose Jam Bubbleroon this is a ball of BUBBLES! All you got to do is crumble it under your running tap water, swish it around and it will make rose smelling, pink bubbles in your bath! It leaves you skin feeling soft and smelling great!

Party Nails!

The topshop nail vanishes come in loads of lovely different colours, i chose 'moonshine' as i didn't have a silver in my nail vanish collection. 'Moonshine' has great pigment of colour and glides on the nail very smooth and is so easy to apply (only one coat needed)

I'm not a big fan of nail vanish, and have only now started painting my nails, as i have started to grow them. But, i was looking through my nail vanish case, and i picked out two colours which i thought would be 'christmasy'.

First Blog - My boyfriends christmas presents...
