Bourjois Bargain!

Volume Clubbing Ultra Black and Volumizer, Bourjois mascaras.

Bourjois Volume Clubbing Ultra Black Mascara.

The Volume Clubbing wand (My favourite type of wand)

The much loved Bourjois Volumizer mascara.

Step 1 wand...

... Step 2.

Hi :)
I recently found out that Superdrug have an offer on all Bourjois mascaras... Any mascara for £5.99! So, for all you bargain buyers out there, get yourselves to Superdrug! I was on my lunch break in work, thinking where I had seen this FAB news and couldn't find it anywhere, Twitter, Facebook, Email...

So in the end I thought I would just go to Superdrug for a look anyway... and I found it!!
When I got to the Bourjois stand I saw that most of the mascaras had gone, as its such a good deal! But, I did find one I hadn't tried before so I picked it up. It was the Volume Clubbing Ultra Black mascara, looking at the wand I do like the size and shape of it, its not too big, not too small, and seems to pick up just the right amount of product for the mascara not to be clumpy! (Full review of both mascaras in a few weeks)
The other mascara I picked up was one I have tried before, and one that is loved by many... the Volumizer. I  find that the two step system of the mascara can be a bit too much for me, but I do like the look it gives my lashes for everyday make-up looks. I was very tempted to try more of the mascaras that were left, but thought two was enough in the end, as I still have a few in my collection I need to use up first.

Very happy with these purchases all in all, so make sure you go and get yours before they are all gone!

Sleek Acid i Divine Palette Look #2

Firstly, I used Mac Painterly Paint Pot, all over my lids as a base.

I then applied the raspberry colour from the Sleek Acid i Divine Palette and mixed it with a little 'Sin' from the Urban Decay Naked Palette, to make it more iridescent.

I then applied, the true purple colour from the Sleek Palette and used a Lauren Luke Pencil brush to apply it on the lower lash line.

Next, I chose the dark grey form the Sleek Palette and used a blending brush to apply it to the outer corner of the eye and into the crease.

I then lined my lids with Collection 2000 Extreme Felt Tip Liner in Black. I also applied Bourjois Volume Fast and Perfect Mascara in Black.

The finished look!

Hi Beautifuls!
Since I love the Sleek Acid i Divine Palette so much, I thought i would make use of all the colours and do a little Acid Series of makeup looks! So.. this is number two! I hope you like it :)

Reveiw - Benefit 'They're Real!' Mascara...

The packaging.. For the price I thought it would be a bit more glamorous like the Mascara it's self! I think the 'before and after' photographs are not showing the exact results at all, and it's clear that there are false eyelashes involved!

Do you think of the stats are correct?

The packaging of the actual mascara however, I REALLY like! It's slim, hard wearing and metallic. Again, another negative, it's a bit small.. How much product am I going to get for my money?

Hey, My Beauty's!
They're Real! I totally agree with this mascara when it says it gives you root to tip curl and lift, but, I can't see the dramatic length and volume, I feel like the plastic, stiff, skinny wand head to thin and spaced out to give volume. I also think the mascara dries quickly which makes it difficult to build it too a more dramatic full look.
Overall.. I'm not convinced this is a must have mascara for me, it's just average.
